Damovo began operating in 2001, and was formerly the direct sales and service operation for Ericsson. It recommends solutions from a wide choice of providers and offers a broad range of services from consultancy and design through to implementation, support and education.

 

BTS was originally appointed as an Ericsson partner in 1998.  It continues to provide call logging, directory and managed services to Damovo's customers.
